Eduardo Current (formerly Eduardo Moura) is an electronic music artist from Curitiba, Brazil, known for blending emotional depth with forward-thinking sound design. From an early age, he was captivated by how music could evoke powerful feelings that words alone could not express. Growing up immersed in radio and MTV, music became both a constant presence and a personal refuge.

In 2006, Eduardo took his first formal step into the scene by completing a DJ course at the Academia Internacional de Música Eletrônica in Curitiba. He later deepened his knowledge through online programs from Emory University, Berklee College of Music, and Sonic Academy, expanding his skills in music production, songwriting, and sound design.

Back home, Eduardo became a resident DJ at prominent EDM clubs like Meet, Black Box, and GaAs, and has also performed at iconic local venues such as James Bar, VU Bar, Side Café, and Volt.

His signature sound fuses driving grooves, melodic richness, and distinct vocal textures, all tied together by lyrics that are both minimalist and emotionally resonant. Eduardo sees music as a transcendent force—his goal is to craft immersive experiences that connect on both a visceral and cerebral level.

Inspired by a constant search for new timbres, rhythms, and technologies, Eduardo keeps his work rooted in the now while pushing sonic boundaries. With a style that balances artistic curiosity and crowd connection, he creates tracks that move people—not just on the dance floor, but in their inner worlds.
